I am usually size small to medium and the medium fit nicely (even a bit snug in the arms) so I’d say it runs on the smaller side. Seems like very good quality. It would have looked nice with my fit and flare dress . I am returning because I found the neck to be too high and the material a bit itchy, but I am sensitive to those things. Overall I’d say it’s worth a try, thanks to Zappos excellent customer service.

I have ordered 4 shrug type options-returned three (not from Zappos). I need this item to go over a classic sheath dress, mostly to cover the upper underarm. The material is slightly shiny and true black. XL is adequate for a top heavy chest. It does not meet in the center if you are looking for that. It seems comfortable. The notable thing to know is it is SHORT as to length. It’s fine but not great. It covers what I need it to and it is my 4th try.
