These shoes are just as pretty in person. I am not a heel person, so I don’t really find them to be comfortable but they aren’t bad. However, because of the pointed toe, I had to order a larger size. I normally wear a 8.5 but I had to get a 10 for them to be comfortable. But as usual, Zappos was amazing with their customer service, so exchanging them was not a big deal at all!

Perfect classic kitten heel, incredibly comfortable with a bit of gel cushioning in the heel. I had to exchange my normal 7.5 for an 8; the 7.5 has just a tiny bit snug but the 8 was perfect. Wore them consecutive 2 days for work and I have no complaints.

These are an amazing pair of shoes. Wore them out of the box for 1 hour around the house and literally forgot I had heels on, and I never wear heels!! Did order 1/2 size bigger than normal due to other review suggestions and they are perfect! So comfy and stylish. Love the touch of gold on the back.

I have 15 pairs of Diema. Love them. Thought these were a replacement. Not at all, while I found the not too bad, but not at all as good as the Deima. These shoes gave me pain all over my legs. The minute I put them on. I need them in another color but waiting to see if these somehow break in. Look cheaper too.

I love the Calvin Klein Diemas – and was hoping to replace them, but they were discontinued. These are solid and comfortable, I just wish they didn’t have the metal plate on the back – black shoes have gold and doesn’t quite match when you’re wearing silver accessories. Otherwise – comfortable when you don’t want to wear 3 inch heels

Love Calvin Klein heels! I have three pairs. I look for comfort and style in shoes. I usually only wear heels at the office, comfy shoes on weekends and lunch breaks, and I find Calvin Klein to be the most comfortable and best quality. My first pair lasted me thee years and was in very heavy rotation. They come in so many different colors and the solid color shoes I have pair well with stripes, florals, and other kind of busy/colorful prints. The yellow is my most recent addition, and it look fab with navy and black/white. Will continue to be a loyal CK pumps shopper!

These are one of the worst shoes I’ve ever purchased. The first day I wore them the heel finish tore right off. To top it off they are incredibly uncomfortable. Waste of money!

I ALWAYS get a 9.5, always. Even when people say, “these fit small” or “these fit large.” For some reason, 9.5 is just it for me. Until these shoes. 9.5 was a half size too small. I ordered my usual 9.5 and thought, “these shoes are really uncomfortable!” Then I remembered I saw a lot of reviews saying these fit small. So, I ordered a 10 and they are just right. Super cute, pretty comfortable. Seriously, order a half size up and you will love them!

Perfect heel. I don’t wear heels typically but I have a work thing coming up that requires it. This is the first pair that we’re comfortable right out of box! Love them!!! Try them! You won’t be sorry.

I am 9.5 W. I have them in Soft Platinum 9.5 M, in Silver 10 M and 11 M.
9.5 M and 10 M run very small in the toe box, so, I cannot wear them. 11 M are way too long but the width is perfect, so, I have stuffed the toe box and am wearing them (otherwise, I lose them). They are very beautiful and comfortable!

Finally! A professional and stylish heel that won’t tire out my feet at work. Typically I’ll wear a heel to work and switch to flats or another shoe if I want to walk to a nearby store or restaurant during the day. Not in this heel. My new favorite. Ordered it in a black soft leather and plan to add a few more additional colors to my closet. Don’t stop making these!

My favorite pump!!! I work in a high profile financial services firm and need to dress up every day for work. Being 5’10”, makes it hard to find kitten heels that are stylish but also comfortable. These shoes are FANTASTIC! Own 5 pairs in all different colors…

I have been looking for a pair of kitten size heels in this material for weeks. Every other website was sold out in my size. I checked Zappos and voila there it was! It fits me perfectly and will be so chic with jeans or dressy slacks.

Got these- received many compliments- actually bought them in several colors- after about a few months of wear, two of the heel pads fell off/wore away- seems unacceptable for the price- extremely disappointed as they are beautiful otherwise and nice heel height for office wear.

My regular size was not in stock, but previous reviewers had recommended ordering a half-size up – so I went ahead and ordered the larger size. Unfortunately, the shoes ended up being way too big for me, so back they go.
TIP: These shoes have an extremely narrow, very pointy toe box. If you tend to need more space for your toes, you’ll want to order up at least a half-size. If you don’t usually have trouble with pointy toed shoes, your regular size will probably fit just fine.

When I first tried these on, I was concerned they were a little tight in the toe box. I was debating whether to try to stretch them with a shoe stretcher or return them. I decided to wear them at work and after a minute they were comfortable.

Like everything about these shoes except it feels like the heels bend when I’m walking. I wore them Sunday to church but was afraid the heels would come off. I felt insecure in them. The quality is not as good as expected.

I bought these in January 2020. I wore only once or twice before having knee surgery. Then the pandemic hit and I didn’t put them on again until late November 2021. I’ve worn them to work a few times a week since January (but typically wear comfy shoes to walk in from the parking garage). Suddenly I noticed that the rubber sole is essentially crumbling and coming off. See the pictures attached. I love these shoes but don’t recommend if you want something that will last.

These Calvin Klein Gabrianna pumps are very nice shoes. Leather is smooth, has a lower heel (which I wanted). Nice height to wear with dresses or slacks! Purchased a crocodile leather Italian purse recently & needed shoes to match it. Ordered a half-size up to allow for pointy toe. Haven’t worn them yet, but I’ll be taking advice I saw online: placing a few cotton balls in pointy tip of shoe helps the fit. Also, I bought some thin liners that “line” the back of the shoe to ensure a close enough fit. Also, I will probably add a partial arch support to add to the support already in the sole of this shoe.
