Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Scarves (due to direct skin contact)
  • Swimwear (if hygiene tags have been removed)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
  2. Wait for approval: Our Chicago-based style team will review your request within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) and send you a return authorization if approved.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Track your return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to help:

  1. Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange
  2. Specify the replacement item(s) you’d prefer from our collection of dresses, jeans, handbags, or other styles
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
