  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Scarves (due to direct skin contact)
  • Swimwear (if hygiene tags have been removed)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval: Our Chicago-based style team will review your request within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) and send return authorization if approved.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to:

  5. Track your return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
